SUSTAINABILITY

Corporate Sustainability Program

- strengthening our corporate sustainability program across reporting and strategy.

CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY

To support our long-term sustainability and ESG goals, we’re implementing a structured corporate sustainability approach focused on governance, compliance, and continuous improvement. Central to this is identifying material ESG topics through our Double Materiality Assessment in 2025, in line with evolving regulations and leading frameworks.

Double Materiality Assessment aligned to CSRD/ESRS

CTS Group completed our first Double Materiality Assessment in Q3 2025, to identify the sustainability topics that matter most to our business, clients, and stakeholders, enabling our business to make informed decisions and strengthen client confidence.

Our Double Materiality Assessment was conducted across the entire Group, with all entities included in the process. The assessment resulted in 5 material topics in line with European Standards.

Stakeholder Engagement

Our stakeholder engagement process is a key element of our Sustainability and ESG journey, ensuring we identify, understand, and respond to the expectations and concerns of both internal and external stakeholders.

We engage proactively with employees, leadership teams, investors, customers, suppliers, policymakers, and local communities to foster transparency, build trust, and align our Sustainability and ESG priorities with stakeholder needs.

Carbon Accounting Program

Carbon accounting forms the foundation for understanding CTS Group’s climate impact. 2025 marked the beginning of our journey, where we are establishing the baseline data for our greenhouse gases, creating new systems, and developing dashboards for insights needed to take meaningful action.

As we continue to grow, this work will enable us to set credible reduction targets, drive measurable progress, and ensure transparency and accountability in everything we do. We are currently working towards getting our baseline year ISO 14064:3 verified.

United Nations Sustainability Development Goals

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we have aligned our sustainability programme with a select number of SDGs that are most relevant to our business.

These goals provide a global framework for responsible business practices and sustainable development.

These include:

Governance

Overall responsibility for the Sustainability and ESG rests with our senior leadership and sustainability team, ensuring its integration across operations, governance, and corporate decision-making to drive long-term resilience and accountability.

We engage proactively with employees, leadership teams, investors, customers, suppliers, policymakers, and local communities to foster transparency, build trust, and align our Sustainability and ESG priorities with stakeholder needs.
